Research in the field of neuroscience and cell biology, note that the unconscious governs approximately 95% of our behaviors and perceptions and only 5% is covered by the activity of the prefrontal cortex the conscious part of our brains. These data invite psychology and other disciplines based on conscious analysis of situations to integrate efficient techniques considered today as unorthodox. Thus an approximation based work with access to the unconscious deep memories of experiences that cause trauma disorders or pathologies of various kinds, are used increasingly, leaving behind the old paradigm. One of these techniques is REMA (timeless memories restructuring). Through REMA we minimize or eliminate the negative emotional charge of those memories we all have, getting a real and permanent change. These changes involve the restructuring of neural connections which streamlines the system causing it to continue to make improvements even after completion of therapy.

What are the
basics of it?
It is based on the idea that the changes should be made at a deep level and that no major changes are achieved only by talking or discussing. There is a correlation between the body and what you think. Using this correlation and the neurological corresponding mechanisms we can modify the negative emotions linked to the memories in the unconscious.
Who can receive
People with problems, from mild to severe, psychological or physical, or a life condition. Also people who simply want to improve and be happier without the burden of unwanted behaviors and emotions.
How is it
It is carried out individually, in a spacious room, using some specially designed computer programs. No hypnosis or drugs of any kind are used.
Prior to the therapy there is a personality study through a psychometric test and other questionnaires, which can take up to two hours and thereafter individual goals are set and the work begins.
does it take?
Each session is one to one and a half hours in length. Valuable results have been achieved with 3 to 5 hours, but we recommend at least 10 hours in an intensive schedule and then determine the next steps according to the goals of each person.
